- Each student’s demographics
- mark history for grade 11 courses
- current and projected Courses being taken in grade 12
- Includes all courses in which a student is presently registered – whether it is a Grade 10, 11 or Grade 12 – or an ESL Level
- Any completed Grade 12 Courses (Summer Courses)
End of November� – Pin numbers for University Application websites given to students by Guidance
December
- Students apply on-line using their pin number to the university (OUAC) and using their OEN (Ontario Education Number) for college (OCAS) websites

- Students begin to hear back from universitites and colleges.� Students to check OUAC and OUAS websites for daily updates
