Parent Teacher Interview Night – Thurs. Feb. 12/09

February 02, 2009

Dear Parents/Guardians:

We will be hosting our second Parents’ Night on Thursday, February 12th, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.   We encourage you to book appointments with teachers on Parents’ Night and take this opportunity to check on your son or daughter’s progress. You and your son or daughterare invited to meet with your child’s teachers in 10 minute private interviews during the evening. The process of booking appointments is as follows:

·         In spaces below, list the names of teachers that you would like to meet

·         Students will bring this form to their teachers to obtain specific times and locations of appointments

·         Students are to return the completed form to the parents/guardians

·         Parents/Guardians and the student are to use this form on the evening of Parents’ Night

Interviews may not be arranged by telephone. If you are unable to come on that evening, please have your son/daughter inform their teachers and they will contact you by phone.

Please be aware that space in the school parking lot is limited and that parking is restricted on some of our neighbouring streets.

A number of students from our School Leadership Council will be in the hallway to help you locate the classrooms. We hope that this interview format will facilitate communication about your child’s progress and we look forward to seeing you on February 12th, 2009.

Sincerely,

Boyd Bugden
